LIVES responder helps pupils with Everyday Hero topic

The Academy has had a special visitor recently as part of our Everyday Heroes topic.

During our lessons, we are looking at a variety of people in the local community that help us in our everyday lives.

We had a wonderful visit from Chris North, a LIVES responder.

He spoke to us about his role, how he helps us, what equipment they use and let us try on and look at some of the amazing equipment he carries with him.
