Yet again, we are at the end of another term. It has been a very busy term with lots of exciting things happening. Foundation Stage 2 and Key Stage 1 have had lots of visitors into school, learning about people who help us in the community and what their job is. This culminated in the children having a dressing up day as people they would like to be when they get older. The Homework Project was very successful again and I would like to thank you for your continued support that you give your children at home. Year 3 and Year 4 had a very interesting visit to The Collection Museum at Lincoln linked to their Egyptian theme.
The last day of term for the Easter break is Thursday 29 March. The school re-opens on Tuesday 17 April. The school closes for the May half term on Friday 25 May and re-opens on Monday 4 June.
The children really enjoyed the hockey tournament to raise awareness of Sport Relief. The amount we raised was £49. Thank you for supporting this worthwhile cause.

Aspens, our food providers, have been excellent this term, with the quality of food, the events they have organised and the support they have given the school. They have given every child in the school an Easter lolly as a thank you for your support.

Well done to all children who have achieved the Reading Challenge. This has been a very good half term with only 9 children not achieving it. Again, could I thank parents for your support with this as Reading is a very crucial part of your child's education.
Parents Evening was a huge success and hopefully you all enjoyed the taster food that was provided by Aspens.
