Robotic Workshops

KS1 and KS2 had an amazing Robotic workshop last week.

“Dear Mr. Hubbard, I really enjoyed the robot Lunar, and when we made our own track” Edward (Y2)

“Mr Hubbard, your robots are incredible” Kaleb (Y2)

“I really enjoyed it, it was so fun and [we] learned all sorts, like all the robots have tiny robot brains. I would love to see him again. My favourite was the[art] ball thing. You have to control it with an I-pad and from that it was amazing. I was sad when it was time to go” Lola (Y4)

“I loved the robot that I controlled (Clickbot). I felt like I had a real friend! It could blink and show emotions. Another one I liked was the dog bot because it was able to sit, move, stand and wave. This will inspre me to make my own moving robots someday!” Rebecca (Y5)

Looks like we may have some budding scientists and engineers!
