Student wins competition with local supermarket.
Tesco’s in Mablethorpe recently ran a competition to design a snowflake.
The winners would get a crafty hamper for their school in the local area.
A large number of children participated, including a significant number of pupils from Theddlethorpe Academy.
The contest ended on December 17th, and the winners have been announced today; with a Theddlethorpe pupil coming out on top!
Today was a really lucky day for our school, as we found out that we had been selected as the winner of the 'Crafty Hamper.'
A young boy in Year 6 assisted his younger sister so that she could create a lovely clay snowflake that contained her tiny fingerprints.
We are looking to use these resources at our Mindfulness After School Club that we will be running on a Tuesday evening.
Unfortunately, the Year 6 pupil was poorly today when the hamper was received.
Thank you to all at Tesco and Merry Christmas.
