The food collected for Harvest Festival by thoughtful pupils at Theddlethorpe Academy. It was donated to the local food bank.
Harvest Festival gave Theddlethorpe Academy pupils the chance to consider those most in need in these uncertain times. Children and their families were encouraged to bring whatever food they could to the school, which was later distributed to the local Foodbank.
Principal Susan Cook said: “We recognise that celebrating Harvest Festival is a time for thinking of others, and none more so than this year in this unprecedented health crisis. I am very proud of the children for their thoughtfulness and my thanks go to their parents and carers for their contributions.”
