Words, words and more words!

Theddlethorpe Academy have been honoured to receive 60 Oxford School Dictionaries from Councillor Travis Hesketh.

The dictionaries were paid from the community fund.

The Academy will benefit greatly from the several up-to-date dictionaries with the new recent words which are all part of our everyday language.

We want our children to get the most out of the dictionary they use; it is essential that it contain words that they are likely to hear and use at home and school.

We know they will assist the pupils in improving not only the quality of their comprehension of the subject at hand but also the quality of their communication and their academic achievement
