Year 6 students visit Mablethorpe Leisure Centre

A group of year 6 students from Theddlethorpe Academy were very excited at the prospect of returning to Mablethorpe Leisure centre for another visit. According to what they said, "the construction of the new Mablethorpe Leisure & Learning Hub is well underway, and it was wonderful to see the new swimming pool taking shape as it was tiled."

In their conversation with Adam, they discussed the 25-meter swimming pool, how it would be utilised for swimming by both adults and children, and how they will be required to train lifeguards in order to ensure the safety of all individuals.

During the course of their visit, they discussed the various tasks that had been completed by a variety of employees. They were discussing the heating system, air handling ducts, cabling, and plumbing for the services that are still in the process of being developed in the facility.

The children are all excited for it to open up so they can check out what it has to offer.
